Becoming Your Authentic Self

True healing begins with a honest reflection upon our wounds, trauma, and survival/adaptive mechanisms, etc. In the healing process, we grieve over loss and missed experiences, re-develop and integrate our growths. In time, we move closer to living as our most whole, grounded, and authentic selves.
